Fitness has always been a passion of mine but seeing what it did for my own mental health, it quickly became my purpose to help other women feel the same. I was born and raised in Orange County, California and that is where I still reside today with my 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I love all things outdoors, making a lovely home for my kids, staying active, farmers markets and this beautiful life. (oh, and coffee!)
