Hi, I’m Erin Devine, an IIN-certified health coach and NASM-certified personal trainer with a deep passion for helping women reach their wellness goals.
After a lifelong struggle with my own mental and physical health, it wasn’t until my 40s that everything changed. Through a commitment to fitness and, most importantly, a transformation in my nutrition, I finally experienced the lasting health and vitality I had been searching for. While fitness has always been a love of mine, it was learning the power of nutrition that truly reshaped my life. The impact it had on both my body and mind inspired me to help other women feel that same strength, clarity, and confidence.
I was born and raised in Orange County, California, where I still live today with my three kids, one dog, and two cats. I’m a lover of all things outdoors, staying active, making a warm home for my family, browsing farmers markets, and of course, coffee. I’m grateful every day for this beautiful life and the chance to support other women on their health journey.
